My Story

What if by learning a few skills you could transform your life and business no matter how hopeless things may seem at the moment? My name is Yewande Masi and I am a Motivational Business Coach & Career Strategist. If you were to meet me today you would meet a self-assured, confident and happy woman. I run my own business and live a full life on my terms.

I began my career at a Fortune 500 company on the lowest rung of the ladder as a customer service representative at a retail location. Within six years I worked various positions, moved into corporate and was promoted to the highest-level individual contributor position in the company.

However, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that things have not always been this way. A few years ago I was stuck in a spiral that I didn’t think I could escape. There were moments where I was unhappy and I constantly felt low energy.

I wasted many years and a lot of money in this trial and error phase and I want to prevent other people from going through the same things. The constant struggle, the wasted time, energy and money only to make little (if any) progress towards the life you deserve.

In keeping true to practice of simplicity, I want to make it easy for you. Whether you are an entrepreneur looking to launch or make a change in your business or a professional looking to make a change in your career, the clients I work with see real results and breakthroughs when utilizing my methods tailored specifically for their challenges. No two clients are the same and therefore they are warranted a different approach. I provide transparency and accountability to each of my clients in order to develop actionable plans. Many of us want to fly high, yet are stuck at lift off. Just as each airplane must submit a plan before taking the skies, we each need to have our own plan if we want to fly high.
